| Abstract | Payroll is an important part of the company, especially at CV. ASAH MA'ASEH JAYA. At the company CV. Asah Ma'aseh Jaya payroll data processing system still uses MS. Excel for calculation and recap of salary data, attendance data is still stored in writing in the book. Companies experience time constraints when reporting payroll data due to the large number of employees. For making pay checks the administration must make one by one. On the problems that have been found, the author created an Employee Payroll Information System. This system is designed using the prototype method, the prototype method is a simple software modelling process that allows users to have a basic overview of the program and perform initial testing, providing facilities for developers and users to interact with each other during the manufacturing process, so that developers can easily model software that is will be created. This payroll system was created with the aim of making it easier for the company administration to carry out its duties in managing employee data, payroll data, attendance data, transaction data and report data. This system is made with a user interface that is easy to understand in order to make it easy for all users to use. And this system is implemented simultaneously based on the web so that it is easily accessed by all users and employees. |
