| Abstract | ABSTRACT The rapid development of science and technology has brought great changes in human life. With the development of science and technology today, the emerging media-media that can be used as a medium of data processing, presenting or conveying information. In the presentation of information each agency has a different way, there are already using the computerized system but some are still using the manual way. Clinic is one of the community service units that move in the field of health. The main purpose of the clinic is to serve the patients.Clinic PT. Samsam has a large number of patients. this large number of patients certainly causes a large number of health service transactions / outpatient. However, recording of health care transactions is still done manually, this has a greater potential for errors in data storage. To help the existing problems then required system, this system is made with Visual Basic programming language and MySQL as its data base Data management in the clinic is one of the important components in realizing an information system in the polyclinic. Manual data management, has many weaknesses, in addition to taking a long time, accuracy is also less acceptable, is expected with this information system manual data management can be replaced by computerized. |
