AbstractABSTRACT

The ability and performance of an employee in a company is certainly different. If the assessment is carried out one by one and in stages, it will take a lot of time and reduce job mobility, especially work that is carried out in the field. With the increasingly rapid technology, the company will be able to shorten the time well and can improve performance within the company. CV. Tiga Putra is a medium-sized company engaged in the Electrical Engineering Bureau. The existing system is still completely manual. Based on the research conducted, the problem is that the assessment system carried out by the leadership to employees is still in the form of memories and records which results in frequent data loss. Therefore, through writing this Final Project, the author makes a system that hopefully can help CV. Tiga Putra in assessing the performance of its employees in a computerized website-based manner. The Decision Support System (DSS) uses the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method with the Codeigniter programming language, MySQL database. The result of this research is the establishment of an Employee Performance Assessment System on CV. Tiga Putra Using Website-Based SMART Method. With the system is expected to assist in evaluating employee performance and can improve the effectiveness of performance on the CV. Tiga Putra.
