AbstractAt this time, the digital era is increasingly advanced. Moreover, the government, especially government-owned
agencies, uses a digital system throughout Indonesia. One of them is the Semarang Regency BPN agency which serves
the community every day taking care of land certificates. Semarang district. Based on the current service, it is certainly
less efficient in serving the community who will take care of the land certificate. To help make the service better, a
Service Assessment System is made at the Semarang Regency BPN. The Service Assessment System at the Semarang
Regency BPN is built using a programming language php and MySQL database.This process is used to determine
community satisfaction in services at BPN Semarang Regency. From these results, it can be used as a solution to
improve services for the better.
