| Abstract | ABSTRACT PT. Alfatama Inticipta is a company engaged in the paint industry which includes automotive, wood and decorative coating products. The need for information technology really supports the performance of activities carried out within the company. Where activities include recording stock items for inventory in the company. And the problems that occur in data collection are only done by recording by relying on an existing application, namely Microsoft Excel. In addition, using a semi-manual system is considered prone to human errors in entering data and vulnerable to security systems so that data can be easily replaced or data can be easily deleted. It does not rule out the possibility of recording errors that cause reports of incoming and outgoing goods not in accordance with the actual situation and also not in accordance with the amount of existing inventory. PT. Alfatama Inticipta requires an inventory system, which aims to simplify the process of inventory data collection. This system development method is built using the Prototype model. This system will later be built using PHP Native and the database using MySQL. It is expected that this information system will be faster, more accurate and easy to use with a website-based basis. |
