AbstractKempling Laundry is one of the service businesses engaged in laundry services located in the city of Semarang,
precisely on Jalan Durian Raya no. 44a, Pedalangan, Banyumanik, Semarang City. Kempling Laundry serves
washing services such as bags, suitcases, shoes, and so on. Because service sales transactions are still done
manually, several problems arise, including when many customers come directly at the same time, there will be
long queues and quite a long time. In addition, Kempling Laundry also has regular customers who do laundry
regularly, so the laundry service seems bad. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to have a point of sales
system that can help Kempling Laundry in serving service transactions quickly. This system will be based on
Android which is intended for Kempling Laundry Semarang so that it can be used for mobile. It is hoped that with
the point of sales system it can help and solve problems that exist in the Kempling Laundry effectively.
