At this time, the industrial world is competing to increase its productivity. Due to the large number of job applicants at PT. Ehime Elektrik Indo and the increasing number of criteria make HRD (Human Resource Department) overwhelmed in carrying out their duties. The problems faced by the HRD (Human Resource Department) are still not able to screen prospective new employees correctly and quickly. Each candidate has advantages and disadvantages so the comparison is very thin. This slight difference in assessment makes HRD (Human Resource Department) less precise in screening new employees to take part in the next stage. This study aims to produce a system capable of classifying criteria seen from the Age aspect, Education aspect, Place aspect, Health aspect, Interview aspect, General Test aspect and Administration aspect. This research methodology begins by looking at the results of the applicant's file owned by the HRD (Human Resource Department) of PT. Ehime Electric Indo. The data will be used as sample data. With these problems and the existing criteria, the authors apply themethod Naïve Bayes as research and testing material. This test was conducted on 70 employee data of PT. Ehime Elektrik Indo taken from the previous data and found 90% accuracy. With the recruitment recommendation system in selecting employees, the task of an HRD (Human Resource Department) becomes easier and the process for hiring employees becomes shorter.
