Which has an impact on some people to leave the manual hiring process that takes longer to get or find the desired candidate employee. The use of information technology aims to achieve efficiency in various aspects of information management, which is indicated by the speed and timeliness of processing, as well as the accuracy and accuracy of information. Employees or human resources (HR) are very important and unique assets in a company. Along with the times, the demands for the quality of employees in companies are getting higher so that the company can survive and move forward in the midst of global competition. Companies are increasingly selective in choosing employees. Companies can take advantage of information technology, especially the dissemination of information via the internet and communication media such as mobile phones in the recruitment stage of new employees, so that the company is easier to disseminate information to prospective applicants, thus it is possible to build a web-based information system for PT.
