| Abstract | ABSTRACT The government agency that creates personal identity will certainly not issue an identity without a cover letter from the kelurahan. One of the governmental activities that still use the manual work system is filling in the Cover Letter for the Village of Karangsari Demak Village. Filling in the request for a Kelurahan Cover Letter is still using manual writing and also for requesting the letter, the public must also fill in a thick book which will later be used as data for requesting letters in the village. From these considerations, the authors offer a solution to the Karangsari Village Village Office to create a Kelurahan Cover Letter System (SPK) to facilitate and minimize errors in performance. The system development method used is a prototype. Prototype model starts from collecting customer needs for the software to be created. The Kelurahan Cover Letter system can make it easier for employees to record and store data. Data can be stored neatly and can be separated from each other according to the function of the cover letter. |
