provision of services in the form of office equipment, multimedia and computers. This company requires a lot of
human resources (Human Resources) in the company's daily operations. In terms of salary calculation, it still
uses a ledger as an attendance and then for calculations using a calculator, and this is still classified as manual

slows down. Along with the increasing development of the company, a good, accurate and automa ted system is
needed so that existing resources can be utilized as well as possible to further improve company performance. In
this study the authors used the Waterfall system development method to analyze the required system. The system
was built using the PHP programming language, MySQL to create a database and the CodeIgniter framework to
facilitate the creation of a web-based system. To analyze and design the attendance system, use UML (Unified
Modeling Language) to model the system. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based employee
payroll system. With this system can help the company's daily operations become faster and more efficient.
