SUPPLIER SELECTION DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM USING THE MOORA METHODAT BANG YADI'S PLASTIC SHOP

This study develops a decision support system for supplier selection at Bang Yadi Plastic Store by implementing
the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. This system is designed to
assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers by considering various important criteria such as price, quality,
reliability, and delivery time. The MOORA method was chosen because of its ability to handle multi-criteria and
provide objective solutions through ratio analysis. Data collected from prospective suppliers were evaluated using
this method to determine the best supplier that meets the store's criteria. The results of implementing this system
show an increase in the accuracy and efficiency of decision making, and support Bang Yadi Plastic Store in
choosing the supplier that best suits their business needs. This study is expected to be a reference for the
development of similar decision support systems in other business sectors. The results of the supplier selection
that have been carried out can be concluded that Kanjengan Plastic Shop is the selected supplier with a value of: 0.291, followed by Hasil Plastic Shop in second place with a value of: 0.28 4, Lancar Plastic Shop in third place
with a value of: 0.241, fourth place Ujung Plastic Shop with a value of: 0.212, fifth place Arifin Plastic Shop with
a value of: 0.201, sixth place Berkah Plastic Shop with a value of: 0.201, seventh place Wotgandul Pl astic Shop
with a value of: 0.201, eighth place Gabahan Plastic Shop with a value of: 0.201, ninth place Senjoyo Plastic Shop
with a value of: 0.201, and last place Tan Plastic Shop with a value of: 0.201.
