DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE AND WEB APPLICATIONS BASED ON FIRESTORE FOR TEMPE AZAKI SEMARANG ORDERING

Abstract

Tempe Azaki Semarang is an SME that produces around 2,000 pieces of tempeh per day, with monthly sales exceeding 50,000 pieces. The order recording process is conducted manually through notebooks and direct communication with sales representatives, often leading to errors, delays, and a lack of transparency regarding order and payment status. This study developed an integrated mobile and web-based system using Firebase Firestore to improve order management. The system enables sales representatives to input orders via a mobile application, which is directly accessible to management through a web interface. Functional testing indicates that the system performs well, and the questionnaire shows increased transparency and user satisfaction. This system is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of order management at Tempe Azaki, despite limitations such as the absence of security features and a modern interface.
