Web-based Online Leave Development System at KJPP (Public Appraisal Services Office) Ana and Rekan Semarang

The web-based online leave development system at the Public Appraisal Services Office (KJPP) Ana and Rekan Semarang is an innovation to improve efficiency and transparency in applying for leave for employees. This research aims to overcome administrative challenges that often occur in the manual leave management process. The system development method includes user needs analysis, intuitive interface design, and implementation of web technology to facilitate online leave application and approval. The system will allow employees to apply for leave through a web platform, upload supporting documents, and track the status of the request in real-time. Key benefits of the system include a reduction in the time required for administrative processes, a reduction in data input errors, and increased transparency of the leave application process for both management and employees. In addition, the system is also designed to ensure the security of sensitive data and compliance with internal company policies. The results of this research, can make a positive contribution in improving the operational efficiency of KJPP Ana and Rekan Semarang and become a reference for other companies in developing a web-based leave request system.
