Web-based Employee Payroll Information System at Tk Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 36 Semarang

Abstract

Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 36 Kindergarten faces a problem that needs to be addressed, the employee payroll system still uses manually, the risk of data input errors is very high. Payroll data may be recorded manually, which can lead to errors such as delays in salary payments and inaccuracies in salary calculations, increasing data security risks, especially if there is no adequate security, such as locking filing cabinets or limited access to important documents. It improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in managing employee payroll data. This web-based system allows easy access. Therefore, this research will create a system that uses the PHP programming language, CSS, HTML, by utilising the Boostrap framework, the database used is MySQL, the development method used is Waterfall, the system design tool uses UML, the interface is designed with Balsamiq Mockups. It is hoped that this system can increase the risk of data input errors, and the risk of delays in employee salary payments at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 36 Kindergarten.
