Design Of Goods Procurement System At The Library Office Of Central Java Province

Procurement of goods is an important process in maintaining the smooth operation of an agency, including the Central Java Provincial Library Office. In this context, the implementation of a procurement system offers an efficient and effective solution in goods management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the procurement system at the Central Java Provincial Library Office. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the procurement system has provided various benefits, including increased accuracy, time efficiency, and cost savings. In addition, the procurement system also allows for better monitoring of the status of procurement of goods, including better estimation of needs and budget planning. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of a procurement management system at the Central Java Provincial Library Office, as well as provide insight for similar agencies in implementing information technology in resource management.
