The Integration of the Bonded Zone System with CEISA Based on the Odoo 17 Framework for Courier Services at PT. Eka Reka Palakerti Indonesia

Abstract

As a business owner planning to export products, it is crucial to comply with the regulations of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC). To support this compliance, PT. Eka Reka Palakerti Indonesia designed and developed an integration between the Bonded Zone System and CEISA (Customs Excise Information System and Automation) using the Odoo 17 Framework, specifically for shipping services. This integration aims to improve operational efficiency, expedite administrative processes, enhance data accuracy, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. The methodology used includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The requirements analysis helps identify essential features needed, while the system design customizes the Odoo 17 modules to integrate with CEISA. Implementation was carried out by developing and configuring the modules, followed by testing to ensure the system functions as expected. The research results show that this integration successfully improves efficiency in the management of shipments, with faster and more accurate reporting and administrative processes. Additionally, this research provides recommendations for further development, including system maintenance and user training to maximize the benefits of this integration.
