Eco Laundry is a washing service that prioritizes environmentally friendly principles, requiring an efficient
ordering system to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. This website-based ordering system is
designed to provide a digital solution that makes it easier for customers to order laundry services, track washing
status, and make payments online. This system is developed using the latest web technologies that include HTML,
CSS, Java Script, as well as PHP frameworks and MySQL databases for effective data management. The main
features of this system include user login registration, service ordering, washing status no tifications, and
transaction history. The ordering process is carried out through an intuitive interface, where customers can select
the type of service desired, pickup and delivery schedule, and payment method. The system also provides real -
time notifications to inform customers about the status of the wash, from receipt to return delivery. By
implementing this system, Eco Laundry can increase operational efficiency, reduce errors in recording orders,
and provide a better and more comfortable user experien ce. In addition, this system supports Eco Laundry's
efforts to run a more environmentally friendly business by reducing paper use and minimizing manual errors.
Initial evaluation shows that this system is able to handle orders with high accuracy and receiv ed positive
responses from users, who found it easier and faster to use Eco Laundry services
