AbstractIt can be seen that the efficiency of the process of managing child development value data is still not effective because the data is processed manually using Microsoft excel tools so that the processing time becomes long and results in the data archiving process being less structured. In addition, parents also cannot find out real-time data on child development, so real solutions are needed to deal with these problems. Related to this, it takes an application of student learning outcomes effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based application of student study results using research and development (r&d) methods. This research resulted in an application made using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of the implementation of the system through the user response test show that this application is very good as an assessment of the results of web-based student studies.
