| Abstract | Computer network is a technology that combines several computers with other computers so that they can be connected and can communicate with each other. PT Jala Lintas Media is a company engaged in telecommunications or can be called an Internet Service Provider and in this company provides internet services for small-scale to large-scale users. The increasing demand for internet requires an analysis and monitoring of bandwidth users every month, in order to improve the quality and best service. The problem that exists at PT Jala Lintas Media at this time is that network monitoring is still less effective, thus lowering the Service Level Agreement. Therefore a server is needed for network monitoring. Researchers will implement Cacti NMS as a means of monitoring network and bandwidth usage at the customer. In the process of developing this Cacti Server, the NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) method is used where this method has six stages, namely Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring, Management. The results of this study are an NMS that is useful for network monitoring and making monthly bandwidth reports, this NMS can facilitate a NOC in monitoring and analyzing bandwidth usage and it is hoped that in the future it can improve network performance at PT Jala Lintas Media so that it can provide the best quality to customers.
