AbstractInternet network is an indispensable requirement for every developed and developing country. the need for internet access is very diverse. With a very large need for the internet, sometimes administrators use more than one ISP so that the internet needs of their users can be met and the results are satisfactory. The administrator will add an ISP line so that users can use the internet smoothly and easily. In fact, administrators often use one ISP gateway line for one network range even though they have two or more lines. This method is considered less effective, it causes an overload of network traffic inequality when the number of users connected to ISP 1 line is more than the ISP line connected to ISP 2 or vice versa. Therefore, researchers will implement two ISPs with the Load Balancing technique using the PCC (Per Connection Classifier) method. In the process of implementing Load Balancing using the PPDIOO method, the phases in this method are (Plan, Prepare, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimiz) The results of this study Load Balancing can increase connection speed and share the load on both gateways so that both ISPs will always used evenly. It is hoped that in the future it can improve the quality of the network at Al-Kautsariyyah Vocational School to meet the need for better internet acces.
