| Abstract | The Trans Java Central Bus is one of the transportation services selected by the Central Java provincial government. Trans Central Java buses serve various transportation routes in the province of Central Java, besides that they also serve around the clock for 7 days for 24 hours. With this service, of course, bus drivers complain a lot so that the company cannot provide maximum service. Therefore, companies need the best drivers to be given rewards so that drivers can work optimally and wholeheartedly. The obstacle that arises is that the company has difficulty in determining the best driver to be rewarded because it has to manually match the requirements so that the driver is worthy of being rewarded. In overcoming this problem the author wants to apply the electre method (Elimination And Choice Expressing Reality) to provide decision recommendations in determining the best driver. The electre method is one of the effective methods for MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making) with qualitative and quantitative features, so that it can improve ability to make decisions. Based on the results of the satisfaction questionnaire using the electre method implementation application to determine the best driver on the Trans Java Central Bus service, it was 78.6%. It is hoped that with this system, it is hoped that the calculation process for determining the best driver will be faster. |
