| Abstract | Along with the development of technology that is advancing rapidly, especially computerization in various applications, it encourages humans to improve or even create a new technology with the help of the right software and application programs in order to produce output that has more value than the previous input. currently running at SD 3 Jatiwetan Kudus not yet using the system or still using storage in the form of hard copies, not using a special system designed to manage personnel data, the current system still has many shortcomings, including the difficulty of finding files and easily corrupted files, it becomes not efficient when the files are needed quickly so we say this process is very inefficient, takes a lot of time and can't find files anytime and anywhere. The author uses data collection methods and system development methods using the prototype method in solving a problem. With current technological advances, new systems are needed that can make it easier for users to manage files, especially personnel data and a very easy and fast search process that can streamline the performance of the employees concerned, for that reason, with the implementation of the prototype method, this personnel information system can make a solution. The existing problems at SD 3 Jatiwetan Kudus regarding the staffing system and with this system can also make it easier and useful for all parties involved as users of the staffing information system for SD 3 Jatiwetan Kudus. |
