AbstractPT. Kreasi Sentosa Abadi is a company engaged in paint and furniture. The need for fast, precise and accurate
information is an absolute must in this fast-paced era. Delays in presenting the required information will cause
the information to be no longer relevant to its users. Thus a good system must be able to provide information on
time, with accurate and precise data in the processing process. This is the background for the author to create an
information system for goods, formulations, and manufacture of production orders using the Waterfall method.
The waterfall method is a method of developing information systems at an early stage. This method has an
appeal from the side of project management where a project is divided into definite and sequential stages. The
second stage does not start before the first stage is completed. Based on the results of data processing, the author
will make an information system design before making it useful for data collection and management of
formulation data at PT. Kreasi Sentosa Abadi. This information system uses the CodeIgniter 3 framework,
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Bootstrap, MySQL as its database. In addition, the programming languages used
are HyperText Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). This information
system uses the concept of multi-user, besides that there are three main menus in the information system. Based
on the results of data processing goods, it is known that the information system using the waterfall method can
increase efficiency in the process of data collection of goods, data collection of formulations and also production
at PT. Kreasi Sentosa Abadi.
