Abstract | North Semarang Subdistrict is one of the Regional Apparatus Organizations in Semarang City Government agencies, Central Java Province which has ASN (State Civil Apparatus) and Non ASN (Non State Civil Apparatus) employees with a total of 124 employees where ASN receives two types of income including Salary every date. 1 month running which is received at the beginning and employee welfare or better known as Additional Employee Income (TPP) which is received every 10th of the following month, while Non ASN only receives one type of income, namely the salary received at the end of the month. In the old system using an information system for calculating employee income at the North Semarang District office which is still offline based on a desktop application, while using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) or waterfall method (Waterfall) as a system development method on this employee income slip application, the application This website is based on a website so that it is online and the research method is based on the type classification which is divided into two, namely based on the type of employment and the type of income source so that it is expected to help carry out the duties of the salary treasurer, especially during a pandemic like this so that services to all employees become effective, efficient and accurate. |
