Abstract | Giving orders from the helpdesk to technicians at PT Mitra Kencana Technology's workplace is very important, because the number of orders in the field is increasing. Every day PT Mitra Kencana Technology can handle 20-30 internet installation orders and 30-40 for interruption orders. Giving orders for new installations or interruptions is currently still considered manual, judging by the helpdesk that gives orders to technicians via Telegram, in this way it can create orders errors or double orders for technicians, so it takes a long time to complete orders. Likewise, for making reports on the use of materials, they still use the manual method, namely by manually writing on paper so that it will cause difficulties in recapitulating the materials used because they still use paper media so that it can cause loss of documents. Web-Based Task Management System using PHP and MySQL is intended as a tool that supports the process of giving orders from the helpdesk to technicians accurately and to recap material data more easily and for the development of this system using the Prototype method. This system can help leaders to monitor the progress of orders that have been done by technicians as well as material reports. And it is hoped that it will make it easier for PT Mitra Kencana Technology to complete all existing orders and make it easier to recap material data. |
