| Abstract | This research is based on observations made by the author at the University of Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS) while accompanying the accreditation process of study programs and accreditation of higher education institutions (AIPT) for 2 years. In that period, assessors often needed data related to alumni in order to determine the distribution of graduates and the level of user satisfaction with UNIMUS graduates. Previously, the data collection and tracking system for alumni at UNIMUS was still using a manual system using Microsoft Office. With the large number of alumni from various study programs and the not yet centralized management of alumni, the delivery of information from UNIMUS to alumni is often hampered. In addition to data on the distribution of alumni and the level of satisfaction of graduate users, UNIMUS also regularly shares information regarding job vacancies with alumni, and vice versa. Furthermore, the authors analyze, design, and build the system using the prototype method. The result of this research is that the admin can add or edit alumni data, but alumni can only add job data stored in the database. From these results it can be concluded that the alumni management information system created can help the process of filing alumni data online. The hope in the future from this research is that there is a need for socialization and training on the use of the system for users.
