Abstract | The Personnel Management Information System is a system that includes employee data collection, data management, work procedures, human resources, and computer technology to produce very fast, accurate and complete information to support personnel administration activities. Employee data storage is the main thing in staffing problems, especially in finding or changing employee data and then changing it as needed. This Personnel Management Information System was created using descriptive research methods with the type of case study research in Gajahmungkur District, with data collection techniques used including interviews, observations and literature studies. This system will be implemented using PHP and MySql as storage databases. For the system development method, the author uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. With this website-based system, it can facilitate effective, fast and structured employee data management in Gajahmungkur District. In addition, it can minimize the possibility of data duplication. |
