| Abstract | BPBD (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah) Kota Semarang, is a government agency that specifically handles problems related to natural disasters, especially in the Semarang area. BPBD Semarang has a total of 759 facilities and infrastructure assets where each asset has a different age and treatment method. Over time, there are still many problems that occur in the management of owned assets, namely the absence of procedures/SOPs (standard operating procedures) for the use or use of assets and the absence of an information system that can manage all existing assets. BPBD Kota Semarang currently only has data on assets created using Microsoft Excel. The problem is that the data is outdated and has not been updated for a long time.. It makes difficult to trace and control assets in the BPBD Kota Semarang and makes the process of managing BPBD Kota Semarang damaged assets not optimal. The solution to this problem is that the BPBD Kota Semarang requires an asset maintenance management information system that can carry out asset management business processes to be neat and structured, so that asset managers can easily manage and monitor the assets. |
