| Abstract | This writing is done for the need for a faster and easier service, of course, requires service providers to have a computerized transaction media such as web-based services that can place many sources of information that they want to do in the community. Where the information presented can be easily and quickly obtained by consumers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the running system and create a Web-Based Laundry Service Information System at Dewo Laundry, in order to carry out transactions effectively and systematically, so that it strongly supports the orientation of business services to consumers. To achieve this goal, the authors approach the research method, namely: direct observation, interviews, case studies, and methods of analysis and system design. This system is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, while the programming language used is PHP, MySQL, Javascript and Bootstrap framework. The result of this system design is to produce a laundry service information system which includes the management of transaction data on consumers, transaction reports and operational so that the goal of the Final Project is to be able to overcome the problems that exist in Dewo Laundry.. |
