Abstract | The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is an agency that has the responsibility to handle all problems dealing with natural disasters, not only that this agency also has letter management activities. In these activities, this agency still uses manual methods such as recording incoming letters with an agenda book to manage existing letters, not only that, officers must also provide letters to those concerned so that officers experience difficulties in handling them. This mail management system uses a prototype method which aims to get an overview of the system according to the needs needed at BPBD Semarang City. Therefore, we need a web-based information system that functions to manage incoming and outgoing letters so that officers are easier and more effective in managing letters, and of course officers have no difficulty in delivering letters to the intended party. |
