| Abstract | CV Graffiti Printer System, a company that focuses on buying and selling printers and servicing printers and their parts. Graffiti Print System as a printer center has grown and developed in line with the development and advancement of modern technology to date. The system used still uses manual recording into a ledger to record all printer service transactions that occur every day so that errors often occur in recording printer service transactions and make performance ineffective. The system development method that researchers use in this study is the waterfall method. The waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeflow approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing, and support stages. This research will produce an information system that provides convenience to companies such as printing queue numbers, managing transaction data, Manage customer data, Manage admin data and financial reports. It is hoped that the implementation of the printer service information system on the CV Graffiti Printer System can produce information that can help the process of making printer service transaction reports accurately and quickly. With the formation of this system, of course, it still has some shortcomings, it is hoped that future research this system can be developed in android applications. |
