| Abstract | During the COVID-19 pandemic, people are asked to reduce mobility. For this reason, vehicle service services are required to be fast so that customers can return home immediately. Car Service Information System at PT. Santosa Istana Mobil is a system built to speed up the process of recording transactions to replace the old system which is still done manually, namely by asking for spare part stock at the partman section using the phone/whatsapp application..This system is built using the PHP programming language using the Codeigniter framework with a MySQL database. The method used is the Waterfall method and system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling.The result to be achieved from this system is the availability of spare parts information that can be accessed online. This system is expected to accelerate the performance of service advisors in recording car service transactions, so as to improve performance at the customer reception department |
