| Abstract | Flood is the main disaster in Semarang City. The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Semarang City as the leading sector in disaster affairs has built a Flood Early Warning System (EWS) in several rivers. Decision-making related to the installation location point uses the manual method, namely the estimation method, so that the selected location point is not quite right, especially in the Beringin watershed location. In making this decision support system, data collection methods are carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. So a decision-making method (DSS) can help the optimal decision-making process, namely TOPSIS and programming using PHP programming. The purpose of making this system is that it is hoped that the Semarang City BPBD will more easily determine the exact and accurate EWS location point so that the installation of the Early Warning System is more effective and targeted in conveying warnings when a disaster will occur, especially floods for communities around the Beringin watershed.. |
