| Abstract | PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PT PLN) (Persero) UP3 Salatiga is a state electricity company engaged in service to customers. At PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga there is a special section in charge of managing official vehicles. Transportation equipment such as official vehicles is an existing means to facilitate the flow of activities outside the company. The number of official vehicles that must operate every day results in many vehicles that must be given maintenance. Meanwhile, the vehicles to be maintained and the aspects assessed are numerous. If there is a delay in maintenance will result in a delay in the availability of the vehicle. Meanwhile, the current process is still very ineffective and efficient because everything is still done manually so that the process will take a long time from survey work to preparation. PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga requires a system that aims to make it easier to determine the priority of vehicles to be maintained. So the author makes a decision support system for the maintenance of official vehicles using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method, this system development method is built using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model. This system will be built using the CodeIgniter Framework and the database will use MySQL. It is hoped that from making this decision support system it can be faster, more accurate and easier to use based on a website. |
