| Abstract | Public complaints are information on public complaints regarding indications of irregularities, corruption, collusion, and nepotism by local government officials in the administration of government activities. One of the obstacles faced by the community in complaint activities is that they do not clearly know the stages of the complaint, whether the complaint has been received by the party concerned, and cannot know when the complaint has been completed. The scope of handling public complaints such as acts or allegations of maladministration by public officials within the Semarang Religious Education and Training Center that can be reported is abuse of authority, extortion, corruption, forgery, arbitrary actions, and others. Then, use the Laravel framework in this Public Complaint System because Laravel is the most searched framework in the Google Trends-based contact search. Therefore, it is necessary to have a place or place to submit complaints or public aspirations in the form of a Community Complaint/Aspirations System and Online Complaint Service using a framework that is good enough to support the performance of a web-based system. With this system, the public as reporters can know for sure whether the complaint has been received by the officer, can find out the stages of resolving the complaint they complain about, and can make it easier for officers to resolve complaints quickly. |
