Abstract | An Employee Employment Contract is an agreement between an employee and an employer either orally or in writing, prior to an agreement to sign the contract. Every company is obliged to provide a work contract at the beginning of entering as an employee. PT Fastronic Makmur Sentosa is one of the companies that implements a work contract system to maintain the efficiency and quality of employee work. In determining the employee's work contract, there are often obstacles in making decisions, ranging from employees who embezzle money, leave without permission, and the selection process can be carried out for 1 week to find employees according to the criteria needed by the company. With this description of the problem, the research uses the Naive Bayes method with 8 variables including Presence, Responsibility, Knowledge, Loyalty, Accuracy, Creativity, Cooperation and Work Initiatives that have been classified using Codeigniter and Mysql, equipped with a print feature of employee contract extension data " Yes" and "No". The results of this study help PT Fastronic Makmur Sentosa in handling the extension of its employee work contract. So in an automated and computerized way, it is necessary to assist companies in determining employee contracts quickly and accurately. it is hoped that this research can be redeveloped with other methods, so as to produce a flexible solution to the problem of working contracts at Fastronic. |
