has problems in implementing the selection of the best employees which are still not optimal and calculatingly
accurate in determining employee rankings. Therefore, human resource management is needed in a company by
selecting the best employees to stimulate employee morale in improving operations and performance in the
company so that it becomes better, namely by calculating decisions in selecting the best employees using methods
from the Decision Support System. (SPK) namely Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). The Additive Ratio
Assessment (ARAS) method is a decision making method based on the intuitive principle that alternatives must
have the largest ratio to produce an optimal solution. The application of the ARAS calculation method is a process
for determining decisions that can help managers in the process of selecting the best employees accurately. From
calculations using the ARAS method, it can be seen which employees are the best based on the criteria and weights
that exist in the company. The final result is a ranking from the ARAS method, then a correlation test is carried
out using the Spearman rank method, which then produces a result of 0.6465, which based on the coefficient value table means it has a strong level of correlation and accuracy between variables.
