Permata Laundry is a service business that provides laundry and dry cleaning services, including washing, ironing, dry cleaning, and special cleaning for various types of clothing and textiles. However, Permata Laundry's current operational system experiences queues of customers arriving simultaneously, making it difficult to manage and provide optimal service. According to internal data, the number of customers has increased by 25% annually over the past three years. Additionally, data shows a 30% increase in customer numbers on weekends, resulting in long queues and extended waiting times. This situation causes customer dissatisfaction and the potential loss of regular customers. To address this issue, implementing Continuous Integration (CI) in the development of Permata Laundry's website is an appropriate solution. CI is a practice in software development that integrates code from multiple developers into a shared repository automatically and regularly. By implementing CI, Permata Laundry can maintain the quality, reliability, and efficiency of website development, increasing efficiency by up to 40%, thus facilitating better management of excessive customer queues. Therefore, creating a system to manage customer queues through the website will be more effective and beneficial for both parties in terms of time, effort, and resources.
