DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A STUDENT ASPIRATION SYSTEM AT XYZ UNIVERSITY USING THE RAD METHOD BASED ON FLUTTER

Efforts to improve service quality in educational institutions are closely related to the use of information technology. At XYZ University, the manual student complaint system often proves ineffective in addressing grievances and aspirations. With technological advancements, adopting a more efficient and responsive system is crucial. This study aims to develop a student aspiration application using the Flutter framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The application is designed to enable students to submit complaints and aspirations digitally, enhancing transparency and efficiency in handling issues. Black Box Testing confirms that the application’s functionality meets expectations, while Usability Testing yields an average score of 88,17%, indicating that the application is user-friendly and meets user needs. In conclusion, the system effectively improves transparency and efficiency in handling student complaints at XYZ University.
