Web-Based Employee Performance Assessment Application Using the MOORA Method at SMA Negeri 1 Gubug

SMA Negeri 1 Gubug is one of the public schools located in Grobogan district. To improve quality employees, the agency always evaluates the results of work by assessing employee performance. However, the process of evaluating employee performance is still done manually. This manual process makes it difficult for the Principal to manage assessment data. From these problems, the author took the initiative to create a "Web-Based Employee Performance Assessment Application Using the MOORA Method at SMA Negeri 1 Gubug". This performance assessment application uses criteria data consisting of attendance, cooperation, responsibility, reprimands, and discipline as a reference for calculation, then ranking is carried out to determine the best employee. And after the calculation, the one who got the highest rating with a score of 0.2668 was Mr. Jasmoyo S.Pd. for that he can be recommended as the best employee candidate. By using the MOORA method (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis), UML as a modeling tool, PHP and MySQL along with Visual Studio Code as the tools used in creating this system. It is hoped that it can help make it easier for the Principal to conduct performance assessments of employees at SMA Negeri 1 Gubug.
