The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has made it easier for users in various fields, including banking, which is now widely used for mobile transactions without needing to go to the bank. This, of course, greatly facilitates users in making interbank transfers more easily and cheaply, avoiding the fees usually charged by banks when conducting interbank transactions. Flip is one of the financial technology applications that provides a service for making interbank transfers without administrative fees. This research aims to analyze user sentiment toward the Flip application into positive and negative categories. The data is taken from user reviews of the Flip app on the Google Play Store, with data collection done through web scraping techniques. The method used in sentiment analysis is the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. Based on the research results, the classification performance of the KNN algorithm shows an accuracy of 81.48% for both positive and negative labels. User reviews of the Flip app show positive results, as reflected in the ratings received on the Google Play Store.
